It was a pleasure dealing with Roland and his boss at Aamco on Bird Rd. I was stressed about the SUV I bought and they made it easy to navigate the process of getting the car fixed under the warranty.

Took my car here and had a great experience! They were quick, the prices were good, and the customer service was awesome. Usually people are arrogantly trying to get us in and out but here they care. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like I was in good hands. Definitely recommend!!

I brought my van in for what was supposed to be a minor repair, but unfortunately the situation became significantly worse after leaving it in their care. From the beginning, the experience gave the impression that the staff lacked the necessary mechanical knowledge and professionalism. My van was left parked next to the street, which ultimately led to a serious issue when a woman lost control of her vehicle and an accident occurred. To make matters worse, I had a generator inside the van, and it appears it was carelessly removed or yanked out, resulting in the wheels being broken and the unit being crushed against the floor. Without my authorization, the van was then towed to a friend’s tow yard and body repair shop, with no clear explanation regarding the relationship between the mechanic and these third parties. At no point was proper consent or transparency provided. The most concerning part of this experience was being pressured into paying $1,000, which felt like my vehicle was being held ransom. Overall, this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with an auto mechanic, and I would strongly caution others before using their services.

I took my car to this place for repairs and the diagnostics were different from previous diagnostics I received but still I was referred to this location so I allowed the work to be done, two weeks later my vehicle no longer had a coolant leak, but a more major, NEW issue with the supercharge on my motor. My dashboard also had warning lights after I picked the vehicle up. When I asked about the warning lights, the guy eyeballed the engine and said "ooh the sensor is bad, the vehicle will not overheat you just need to replace the sensor, listen that's an answer you can only get about a diagnostic and since the previous diagnostic did not mention this issue, someone had to had tampered with it initially. You can take my word for it and learn from my mistakes or take you own risks, but I will Never Ever encourage anyone to visit this location.

I recently had my car serviced at AAMCO and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Hector, the manager, ensured the entire process was smooth and efficient, and his customer service was excellent. The quality of the work was top-notch—my car is running better than ever. I also appreciated their attention to detail and the time they took to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend AAMCO to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto repairs. I would absolutely return for future service and recommend them to others.
